Functional Fitness
Functional fitness style classes involve a multitude of lifts. Classes include barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and several conditioning pieces to get in a full body workout. Each class combines strength and conditioning with functional movements.

Bodybuilding
Who doesn't like a good pump workout? Bodybuilding style classes are typically split into upper and lower body sessions. You will be using primarily barbells and dumbbells during these workouts.

Boot Camp
Circuit, full-body training sessions. This class is typically simpler movements and more conditioning based. Time domain for each workout varies between 20 and 40 minutes.

Conditioning & Mobility
For the cardio lovers out there... this one is it! If you are looking to improve endurance and want to burn the calories, this class is for you. We use multiple pieces of cardio equipment, including rowing, biking, running, and ski erg.
